TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this in it's entirety before ordering.

USD payments are accepted upfront via PayPal invoice only.
- By commissioning me, you agree to be of legal age (18 years or older) to utilize PayPal services.
Payment plans can be negotiated and must be paid within 48 hours of the agreed upon dates.
Be aware that by commissioning me you are buying digital goods that do not need to be shipped.
Refunds are negotiable depending on the circumstances of your personal self and the status of your commission.
- If work has begun you are subject to a partial (50%) refund.
- Once artwork is fully completed and delivered, refunds are non-negotiable.
Extended payment plans are all final, however, and payments made will not be refunded to compensate lost time.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only.
- I retain all viable copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the work for samples/self-promotion unless discussed beforehand.
- I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission, just ask me!
- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property and will not reuse or re-sell the work.
I have the right to decline any order without giving a specific reason.
As the commissioner you may use your commissioned work for personal use only (incl. re-uploading the art or using it for personal website display) as long as proper credit is given and linked back to myself.
You may not claim the work as your own or redistribute/re-sell the commissioned piece.
If you are looking for something to redistribute, please speak to me privately about royalty fees.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR NFTS, BLOCKCHAIN, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY.

You're free to make any changes/edits to the design after purchase if you'd like.
You may gift, trade, and re-sell any designs you've purchased from me.
You may not re-sell purchased designs for more than you paid (unless the design comes with additional art).
- When adding additional costs for art, make sure the artists allow the re-sale of their work.
